To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost and may need to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. A late fee may apply. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen.
